Women Unlimited organised the launch of Sunetra Gupta's latest book So Good in Black
on the 18th of February 2009 at the India International Centre, New Delhi. The event
consisted of a book reading sessions by the well-known theatre personality Maya
Rao and the author in conversation
with Antara Dev Sen. |

This is Sunetra Gupta's fifth novel; her first novel Memories of Rain (1992) received
the Sahitya Akademi Award in 1997. The others are - The Glassblower's Breath (1993);
Moonlight into Marzipan (1995); and A Sin of Colour (1999). She is Professor of
Theoretical Epidemiology at Oxford University. |
